Referrals can be made via fax or by referral letter by a medical specialist.

All referrals require a recent set of WEIGHTBEARING X-rays of the foot or ankle or both (depending on the complaint).

Once the referral is triaged by Dr. Roberts, you will receive confirmation of acceptance.  Initial consults will be offered in-person or virtually depending on the issue in an attempt to expedite access to care when possible.

***Please note, Dr. Roberts is also available through Alethea Medical for eConsultations if you have clinical questions about one of your patients.  You can send questions about a patient new to Dr. Roberts directly through the platform and you will typically receive a response within 24-48 hours.  There is no cost to use the service as a primary care provider and sign up just takes a few minutes at www.aletheamedical.com .
